Based in the heart of the City, this international organisation are seeking an experienced Advertising and Sponsorship Executive to join its marketing and communications team. The main purpose of this role is to assist the manager formulating and implementing strategies to promote and develop the corporate brand and awareness through advertising and sponsorship campaigns.

The successful candidate will work across all marketing disciplines and have input into planning, PR, social and digital medi a, sponsorship and advertising.

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting the full function across all offices

Developing communications plans to raise awareness to staff, members and external audiences.

Managing the sponsorship portfolio and liaising with the sponsorship partners to deliver all aspects of the sponsorship agreements.

Offering support and advice to the business to ensure messaging and style is on brand.

Raising purchase orders and managing campaign costs and then Monitoring and reporting effectiveness.

Research potential opportunities.

Candidates will be educated to degree level and a CIM qualification (or studying for) would be preferred. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in

supporting on or managing multi-channel advertising campaigns and sponsorship or partnership programmes;

working with an ad agency;

working across the marcomms disciplines.
