Leading International Law Firm looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to support their Marketing and Business Development team. This role is integral in the implementation and delivery of business and marketing plans.

Develop, implement, monitor and report on business and marketing plansIdentify strategic products and to build tools and work with/identify channels and resources to take these to marketWorking with the PR team on key strategic international PR campaigns.Working with the PR and internal communications team to dev elop / enhance profiles of people/teams/ products internally and externallyAssessing and developing opportunities to strengthen international and cross-practice and cross sector group cooperation for CCPGWorking with partners and teams on specific new business opportunities by providing support on the development of our approach, team, proposition and supporting materialsWorking on integrated campaigns across CCPG to help raise our profile and awareness amongst our key target audienceThis is a small sample of the full JD, please apply for more information

Key relationships within this role will include:

You will be working with another BDM and reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager.

Frequent contact with the senior partners, as well as international partners throughout the firms network.

Daily contact with partners/fee earners.

Frequent contact with other Marketing and Business Development teams

Skills and Experience:

You will have extensive Business Development experience, and ideally within the professional services environment. The ideal candidate will also have degree-level education in business, English, marketing or another related area.

Key competencies:

Ability to quickly build effective relationships and networks, at all levels across the firm, via excellent interpersonal skills.

Very strong diplomacy, influencing and persuasion skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Able to think commercially and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
