Business Standards Associate - Financial Planning / IFA - 35- 50k + Bonus

Top tier city Investment Management / Financial Planning business requires Financial Planning Business Standards/Compliance Associate to join an expanding newly created team with the business.

The role will sit within the Business Standards function and will play a key role in ensuring that client records, files and portfolios are reviewed and are in a fit state of compliance.

Ideally candidates for this role will have the following skills / experience:

Strong Financial Planning / IFA sector experie nceExcellent product knowledge in the 'whole of market' spacePragmatic approach to interfacing with senior individuals within the businessFPC qualified or SimilarAbility to actively listen and challenge Investment Managers and Financial Planners

The company ensure that you are kept up to date with any training needs on the compliance/regulatory side and is therefore more interested in finding someone with a strong product knowledge in the Financial Planning/IFA space.
