Role and Responsibilities:

To ensure customers prescriptions are received and dispensed in a timely manner complying with patient confidentially and data protection protocols.

To provide excellent levels of customer service to internal and external customers to ensure customer needs and requirements are met / exceeded and complaints are dealt with in quick and effective manner

To have an awareness of branch targets and proactively seek opportunities to increase revenue by actively promoting appropriate products and services in the branch to meet customer needs, maintain and grow profitability of the branch.

To support other services as required by the pharmacy contract and identify opportunities for the Branch Manager to deliver these.

Maintain optimum stock levels in the branch and ensure products are displayed in line with planograms to ensure s tock rotation and limited stock holdings in branch.

Key Experience Knowledge and Skills:

Level 2 Dispensing Assistant Qualification (NPA / Buttercups)

Experience of working in pharmacy business

Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Able to work as part of a team and provide support to others

Willing to learn and develop personally to improve understanding ofPharmacy business
