Isle of Dogs, East London

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with occasional evenings/weekends

As Estates Supervisor, you will ensure that the caretaking, horticulture and concierge services operate efficiently and deliver high quality results across all of the Island Estates.

As one of our Estates Services Supervisors you will be responsible for the operational management of part of ou r team of eighteen Estates Services Operatives and seven Concierge staff. You will:

ensure that the Caretaking, Horticulture and Concierge services operate efficiently and deliver high quality results across all of the Island Estates. lead in the co-ordination of all Estate Services across the Isle of Dogswork with colleagues across the group, residents groups and key partners to ensure that we deliver a clean, healthy and safe environment for all of our residents and visitors

To join us as Estates Supervisor, you will need:

excellent communication, IT and teamwork skills, with a drive for continuous improvement, best practice and value for moneya high level of competency and knowledge in performance managing, developing and supporting members of staff through a period of considerable change.
