CLEANER

We are currently looking for experienced cleaners for short and long term assignments throughout London and surrounding areas. The ideal candidates will be flexible to work weekdays and weekends and be able to cover both day and evening shifts. Some assignments may be as little as 12 20 hour per week. The clients are Sheltered Housing Scheme for the elderly and other vulnerable groups, so an understanding and caring nature is a must for this environment. The main role is to ensure that Sheltered Housi ng Schemes are cleaned to a standard that is adequate to meet the need of both the tenants and at the standard set by management.

Keys skills

Applicants must have an Enhanced CRB issued within the last 12 months, or be willing to have one done through the agency.

2 years minimum experience working in the cleaning industry

Have basic knowledge of Health and Safety (use of chemicals)

Have good communication skills

Be able to write minor reports for any incidents

Be able to use basic electrical cleaning equipment

Willing to work both indoors and outdoors

Carry out othersmall duties such as changing light bulbs

Be available at short notice

Willing and able to travel across London

Be able to provide previous work references

Please note that If you hold a full drivers licence and own vehicle would be an advantage but not essential.
