Head chef; Head chef - Visitor Attraction

We are looking for a head chef for this busy visitor attraction in South West London.

We require a head chef who can recruit, train and manage a well established team.

As Head Chef you will have strong kitchen management skills and will be producing food for all aspects of this operation, including a Cafe' Restaurant and a Conference and Event facility. You will have previous experience working in an event or banqueting styled operation, pastry experience will be an advantage
