Head of Sales - Northern Territory

Experienced Head of Sales or Regional Sales Director required by leading Network Service Provider to run our Northern sales team based in our Manchester office. The successful candidate will currently be working within the Telecoms/ISP/Managed Service industry and be seeking a new challenge within a fast growing organisation.


The Role:
* Exponential-e has been established in the North through our Manchester office for the past 2 years and we are looking to build on this growth. With your expertise of the northern marketplace you will drive increased sales and heighten our profile within the northern region
* The successful candidate will lead, manage and grow the northern sales team ensuring team members achieve revenue and KPI targets
* As part of the sales leadership team you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, coaching, training and developing the Manchester sales team


Knowledge and experience required:
* Experience leading a field sales team within the telecoms, ISP, systems integrator or carrier space.
* Experienced selling into the Northern territory
* Knowledge of data connectivity, WAN and Internet network technologies.
