One of the world's leading investment banks are expanding their credit business and are seeking several developers to develop and implement new components to their in-house credit and bonds electronic trading platform. The environment is very business-facing with developers sitting with traders and being responsible for the technical development and support of core frameworks and components covering broker and ECN trading activities. There are several high profile new initiatives such as delive ring a brand new algo-trading engine for CDS products. My client are looking to be the premier credit eCommerce house and are pushing ahead with cutting edge projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

*Analysis and understanding of trading requirements and needs.
*Design and develop core etrading components and frameworks.
*Efficiently deliver high-quality software and services.
*Continually look to improve supportability and reduce need for manual interactions or configurations.
*Produce robust and clearly documented solutions.

To be successful you must have:

*Excellent core Java, middleware and Database experience.
*Strong grasp of fundamental computer science concepts: algorithms, concurrency, design patterns.
*Ideally you'll have front office/investment banking experience. Credit/Rates or Bonds experience is highly desirable.
