The Company

My client is a leading Recruitment Consultancy that has grown to over 100 consultants within the space of 7 years. The company has traditionally specialised in recruitment for the Finance and Banking sector but has recently opened up divisions recruiting for the IT and Oil & Gas industries. Graduate trainee recruitment c onsultants are now being sought to continue to grow the core business and to provide staff for the new divisions.

Training

Extensive training is given to all successful applicants, structured through a highly intensive program. This includes classroom based exercises in addition to on the job one-on-one tuition aimed at rapid development for all trainees.

The successful candidates will be:

Degree educated or degree calibre.
Bright, dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic.

Organised and analytical in their approach to their work.

Earn commission from day 1

The Role

Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants will be expe cted to do the following:

Review candidates received from advertising / referrals.
Conduct interviews with candidates.
Obtain job requirements from clients.
Shortlist and present candidates to clients.
Proactively source new clients.
Headhunt prospective candidates.
