We have certainl y come a long way in the last 10 years - from a small (not so) run of the mill Agency, we have become one of the fastest growing companies in our sector. We have assembled a world renowned and astute team - all jumbled up to lead the advertising, marketing and brand development of a whole plethora of well known and growing companies. POSITION:
We are looking for an additional person to join our team, we have a real emphasis on improving the profitability and effectiveness of the company so you will find a great deal of commercial input in our finance department. You will report to the Head of Finance and Commercial Development. You will work in an overall team of 11 and take on department and people responsibilities, the overall aim being to maintain and develop a robust framework as we continue to grow.

You will be involved in a mixture of client profitability, cash flow, working capital, purchase/nominal ledger, accurals, pre-payments, assets, income, multi-currency dealings, reporting, financial controls, planning, billing, analysing, cashflow, payroll, credit/debit control, balance sheet, P&L, tax, purchasing/expenses, budget preparation, management accounts, senior management support, continuous improvement of systems and processes, system updating and development, statements and stakeholder management.

REMUNERATION:
We are looking at a basic salary in the region of 40k-44k, plus a benefits package crammed full of things that you want and need. Progression is certainly there, we aim to double again in the next 2 years, we want you here for the duration and will work hard to keep you motivated, focused and driven.

REQUIREMENTS:
You will be qualified/part qualified, with broad experience from within advert ising, PR, marketing, publishing, creative or media related agencies. You will have experience of working in a busy environment and possess a good selection of the elements listed above. You will be confident and comfortable presenting, able to plan effectively and manage the workload and resources of others, directly and indirectly. You will have experience of accounting packages and software, Microsoft Excel (Access would be nice) and generally possess good IT skills.

We will be a different place again in 12 months time but still with that same ethos and creative difference - we are continuing to grow organically, as well as through acquisition, so it would be great if you could be a part of it.
