As part of the TalkTalk Group, the Consumer Commercial Trading Strategy team is recruiting for a Market Insight Manager. The role will provide market insight into the telecommunications industry, ensuring the impact of analysis and research is communicated, with the impacts to TalkTalk clearly defined.

Main responsibilities:

Provide market context to business decisions, ensuring TalkTalks strategy is consistent with market conditions and competitive pressuresDrive market research and customer insight into New Product Development (NPD) roadmap, ensuring products are relevant and competitiveManage external supplier relationships for market insight, extracting maximum value from our agencies and identifying new partnersEnsure key stakeholders are informed regularly on market insight

Essential skills

The ideal candidate will have relevant understanding of the telecoms industry and the technology that drives it, along with the ability to communicate this to senior stakeholders in a concise manner. An ability to demonstrate robust opinions based on market research and insight would be an advantage, as well as building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
