My client have been based in the City for over 12 years dealing with some of LOndon's most exclusive properties and HNW clients. The minimum property value they deal with is 750,000 and they have an active client base of 10,000 clients.

With excellent links to Private Bank lenders they are able to offer their clients the very best service in the ind ustry. They will provide you with a warm client book to work from, introducers from professional sources and full back office support in the shape of paraplanners and admin staff.

You should be CeMAPqualified with at least 5 years experience of working as a Mortgage Broker in the HNW arena. You will be a top achiever amongst your peers with the ability to produce the very best levels of service and written business. You should be used to working in a fee charging structure and be comfortable in dealing with clients of UHNW.

In return you will be paid a top rate salary in the market, uncapped bonus of 40 of everything over validation, car allowance, pension, bupa, 25 days holiday.

The working environment is extremely work hard, play hard. Monday to Friday only NOWEEKENDWORK. You may be expected to deal with clients"out of hours"but when an average fee is 6k and a typical month will see around 5-7 fees then is is worth going that extra mile.
