My client is looking for an intake of 3 Trainee Recruitment Consultants for their Public Sector Team in Central London. Starting Salary will be 18k, rising to 21k on completion of a probationary period and initial targets being hit. There is also an industry-leading commission scheme that will see your on-target-earnings for year one reach 35k+.

The team is very experienced and you will be mentored by successful and established senior recruiters. You will have immediate access to multiple Master Vendor accounts, which means that you will have a ve ry high job-flow into your desk from day 1.

The company has fantastic offices in a prime location near Liverpool Street station, they are placed in the 'hot 100' recruitment companies to work for, turnover last year was in excess of 100m and they have 10 offices around the UK.

You will be able to show evidence of your desire to succeed, your determination, confidence, willingness to learn and ability to fit into a sales team environment. You will also be comfortable selling yourself in a group interview.
