Nursery Room Leader

Bright Horizons Family Solutions is recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to join our Besufort Park Nursery in Colindale, North West London. Therole is in the toddler room. Bright Horizons consists of over 130 Nurseries in the UK and Ireland.

To be considered for the position of Ro om Leader you will need:
Alevel 3 child care / early yearsqualificationExcellent knowledge of the EYFSExperience asa key worker in thetoddler roomIdeally experience as asupervisor in an early years settingAs a Room Leader you will lead and manage a room within the nursery. You must be able to work with a team to provide high quality learning opportunities and care for the children in that room, based on the needs and interests of those children.
Some of the Room Leader duties are:-
Lead positive relationships in the early years setting with parents, children and colleaguesLead the promotion of health, safety and wellbeing of the children within the roomLead the childrens development, learning and play within the roomBe a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their familiesResponsible for providing first line supervision to the staff within the roomThere are fantastic opportunities to grow and develop with the only childcare provider to be recognised for6 consecutive years as one of the Financial Times top 50 Best Workplaces in the UK.
Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
