This unique role requiresthe experience and mindset of a seasoned telecoms operations manager, together withthe experience and skillset required to manage the commercial, contractual and relationship complexities of a major outsourced arrangement.

Our Client operates at the leading edge of telecommunications infrastructure build. An established company, they design and build bespoke dedicated fibre network solutions providing customers throughout the UK and Lond on with optimum levels of security, high bandwidth and resilience. A profitable and fast growing business, this company delivers highly critical network management services to a diverse range of customers including mobile operators, service providers, major banks and the public sector.

Leading a culture of positive ownership and accountability, your core task will be the management and maintenance of the outsourced operational model which is responsible for the companys national and metro fibre and facilities network infrastructure and bespoke customer transmission & transport solutions.

To fulfil this role you will need:

A sound background in managing an outsourced operational relationshipClear supplier and contract governance experienceA proven track record of delivering high performance operational support via those arrangements (a mixture of procurement and operational experience would be appropriate)A background in Telecommunications (Fibre Infrastructure and Transmission experience preferred)Accountability for, ownership of and the ability to manage an operations cost centre to exacting demands.
