One of Londons top PR agencies is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their innovative team.

My client is an award winning technology PR agency known for their great campaigns and well regarded in the industry.

The successful senior account manager will clearly understand their clients requirements and objectives and manage t eam members and resource effectively to exceed the clients expectations.

Qualities and Skills

Previous high-tech PR at account manager or senior account manager level

Understanding of client business issues and requirements

Good commercial awareness

Highly developed presentation skills

Understanding of market research and analysis

Specific Tasks

Oversee the smooth running of accounts, acting as the first point of contact for issues or escalations

Monitor and report back on account and team KPIs

Flag up current/potential issues to the client, e.g. over-servicing, approval issues

Propose changes and ideas for improving the account performance/strategy

Understand client dynamics, including strategy, objectives, internal issues

Generate ideas for new campaigns and see them through to completion

Monitor media liaison procedures and suggest improvements

Line management of the account team, including coach ing, supervision, assessment and review of staff

Support new business pitches

Salary: Circa 35-45k depending on experience
