Reporting into the Operations Director, youll:

*Work with clients to ensure our products and services are delivered on time, to budget and to the delight of the customer

*Project manage client programmes and bring them to life by liaising with account managers, the business development team and our team of associates

*Effectively and efficiently m anage project resources, key stakeholders and outcomes

*Recruit and manage associates those who deliver our products and services

*Support account managers to ensure on-going client satisfaction

*Ensure smooth handover from business development to operations by attending final client meetings

*Identify business opportunities and see these through

In return for working in one of the best environments anywhere, youll need:

*At least two years experience of human resources or operations in a service environment

*Experience in managing projects and / or teams

*Excellent communication, presentation and computer literacy skills

*The ability to take responsibility and get the jo b done without a fuss
