Growing property management and letting agency based in Canary Wharf is looking to recruit a receptionist.

A can-do attitude is essential for this varied receptionist role, the successful candidate will be a reliable team player with great communication skills and professional phone manner.

A basic salary up to 14,000 per annum will be offered to successful candidates.

The duties will include:

Greeting guests and making refreshments

Managing reception floor

Answering calls and taking messages

Dealing with couriers

Taking meeting minutes

Assisting office.

Looking after the 'visitor' book and security passes

Proficient use of the Microsoft office packages is essential.
