Sterex is a Brand leader in the Beauty Manufacturing Industry. The company was formed over 29 years ago and is an International company selling into over 30 countries. Sterex is well known for quality and customer care and is well respected brand within in the Beauty Industry.

An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team.

Sales Administrator responsibilities include-

Sales order proces sing on Sage Line 50Creating Sales orders and passing to the warehouse for packing Creating and printing of delivery notes, invoices and creditsProcessing payments via PDQ machineFranking of all post, and dealing with all small parcels to be sent recorded delivery Booking stock into Sage when receivedin to warehouseBeingable to read Sage for customer credit limits and payment historyAnswering incoming sales calls, taking orders over the phoneDealing with queries and problems in an efficient professional mannerLiaise with Accountantregarding incoming customer paymentsInvoicing ofall Training and Repair paymentsDealing with couriers for quotes and problem solving lost parcels etcCompletion of export documentation paperwork including Certificates of Origin and EUR1 forms Completion of dangerous goodsmultimodal forms Working closely with the warehouse team, highlighting any low stock items to be orderedProducing weekly/ monthly reports for Sales Manager and Works ManagerLiaise w ith production via Works Manager of stock requirements.Pass copy of all orders on arrival to Works Manager Working towards daily deadlines to meet expected delivery times Filing of all sales orders and invoices Assisting with stocktaking when required Occasional picking and packing of parcels when warehouse is busy and required to do soOrganising of stock to be taken to Trade exhibitionsAnd any general adhoc duties when required

Sales Administrator skills needed

You will need to be very organisedAble to work under pressure and to deadlinesHave Sage Line 50 knowledge and experience Provide excellent customer service and have a good telephone mannerBepositive thinkingBe a good problem solver Be a team player but also able to work alone Export and dangerous goods documentation knowledge would be highly advantageous

Hours of work are 08.30am 17.00pm with 30mins Lunch break and 2 x 10 minutes breaks
