SENIOR BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT

My client is an expanding business travel agency and have just won a new large account and therefore require a Senior Business Travel Consultant to assist with multi sector and round the world itineraries.

The responsibilities of the Senior Business Travel Consultant will be as follows:-

Book VIP's and Directors on multi sectors and round the world flightsBe involved in predominately quoting first business class faresIssuing tickets, performing refunds, exchanges and re-calculat ionsProviding a very high level of customer serviceBuild rapport with clientsInvolved in administration

The skills required for the Senior Business Travel Consultant are:

Proficient in using a GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre or Worldspan)Strong travel product knowledgeAt least 3 years working in business travelAble to perform ticketingGood communicator and able to work efficiently
