Senior Construction Manager -Due to a number of successful tenders in the London area there is a need for Senior Construction Managers to take the lead on projects rangingfrom 10M up to 50M. They would be expected to take full responsibility for on site activity ensuring that the programme is met in a safe timely manner resulting in the delivery of a high quality project.

The projects will involve a variety of work from new build commercial offices to the major refurbishment of listed bu ildings. Ideally the candidate would have experience of structural work, concrete, curtain walling, retained facade and fit out work.

Applicants must have experience of fixed price contracts with good appreciation of the commercial aspects of projects.
