SharePoint Architect

50,000 - 70,000 (Plus Bonus, Plus Benefits)

Our client is looking for SharePoint architects with extensive experience of using Microsoft SharePoint 2007/10. We are looking for someone with passion and drive to join our cutting edge client. You should be able to manage the solution design process from concepts through to end of life, coordinating requirements, design, technology selection, testing and service design. You must have excellent technical team leadership and communication skills.

Experience should include:-

Extensive SharePoint experience.

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience in the design, implementation and support of SharePoint architectures, MOSS 2007/WSS 3.0 systems.

Proven success in the design of solutions in complex application portfolios.

Experience of architectures and business

Additional knowledge of tools such as

Microsoft .NET, Content and Document Management packages

Documentum and SQL Server;

EAI and ETL tools, Oracle,

J2EE and SAS would be advantageous.

An excellent understanding of the through-life solution considerations such as architectural governance, operational support and management, integration, change and extension, migration and re-platforming, productisation, re-use, withdrawal/retirement and disposal. Ideally ITIL knowledge / certification.
