Our client is an amazing collection of leading lifestyle brands and they are currently looking for a Talent and Resourcing Partner to join them to identify and source new and existing talent within the business.

This is a key role in which you will work very closely to the business in all recruitment matters and help develop strategies to ensure that they are the employer of choice.

Experience of having delivered outstanding levels of recruitment service onsit e to a variety of stakeholders is essential and familiarity with the sports/lifestyle or fashion industry would be hugely beneficial.

This is a very varied role which will include all aspects of traditional recruitment but candidates must also be able to think outside of the box and demonstrate innovative and creative ways to build relationships with third parties to attract talent and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

You must have a passion for recruitment and have a proactive and strategic approach, along with a can do attitude. You are a strong influencer and are someone who can work well under pressure, in a fast paced environment.
