Job Description

Based onsite with this corporate client, you'll advise and facilitate medical treatment for individuals by investigating all areas of their critical health situation to determine their needs, in consultation with the Senior GP. You will also use the internet widely for research purposes. Telephone based, advocacy role.

Key Responsibilities

Triaging patients o ver the phone in order to assess them Referring patients on to other services as and when needed in order to keep them healthy at work Actively contribute to the launch and ongoing development of the medical programme Coordinate the delivery of required services and assist with provider arrangements where needed Direct individuals to appropriate resources, act as liaison with healthcare providers and coordinate and expedite access to quality services Provide appropriate education for individuals and their support system and assist individuals with negotiating the healthcare system Work with other providers to deliver integrated wellness programmes to the employees and assist with health promotion

Specific Skills

First level (Adult) RN Demonstrable post registration experience in either Primary Care or OH within a Corporate setting - essential Excellent interpersonal skills Flexible and good team player is essential Report writing, presentation and project management s kills Basic counselling skills would be advantageous Computer literate (data collection, analysis, reporting, research, etc.) Why Work For Us?Bupa aims to become the leading provider in the UK of high quality, added value personal and corporate preventive health services.
