Are you a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pinfrom a Contact Centre or Health Care background and looking for a new and varied role that will utilise your excellent communication skills?

Based in our Bristol headquarters, your core duties will include: telephone liaison with nurses and clients, taking orders, filling shifts and general administrative tasks. You will be first the point of contact for our clients and nurses.

The Opportunity;
Reporting to the Operations Manager,you would act as an
initial point of telephone contact for customers and nurses, dealing with clients and shift allocation in relation to all aspects of our business,
respond to telephone enquiries from clients and field staff, performing routine and complex transactions and customer care activities
Provide telephone guidance and support to field staff working in placements
To present a professional, courteous and knowledgeable telephone service to cli ents, service users, field staff and colleagues alike

Working alongside a Registered Nurse, you will be working in a small team, utilising your knowledge and experience.

Thornbury Nursing Services provide a flexible professional service to meet the needs of our clients within both NHS and private hospital settings, and all other environments where a nurse or carer may be required, along with adults, children and young people in their own homes, who require nursing or care assistance with their daily living. A vacancy has arisen within our Temporary Nursing Placement team located at our offices in Long Ashton, just a few minutes from Bristol City Centre.
