Working close to Oxford Circus, this firm is offering a great opportunity for a PA/paralegal to join this prestigious law firm.

Initially on a 6 month contract which could well go permanent, this role is full time working 10 till 6 supporting 2 partners,3 assistant solicitors and a trainee..

Though in estate planning (oneof the Partners mentioned is head of the division) this is NOT a bashng role and has a heavy PA element with some paralegal work. Tax/ estate planning experience would be desireable but is by no means essential.
A stro ng typing speed however of 60wpm + is essential as is good use of Word Excel and Powerpoint but this role may also suit someone with these skills who has gone through legal training but has ultimately decided not to become a solicitor.
Previous experience working in a support role is essential but the key attributes are to be bright, willing, have attention to detail and experience of supporting numerous fee earners at any one time in a paralegal/ PA capacity.
This role will NOT suit someone who is ultimately looking for a training contract but individuals will be considered from a non legal background so long as they have been in a secretarial/PA post and strive to have a very responsible position and take their career forward. Superb English grammar and a polished presentation is essential.
