Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Account Director urgently required in Birmingham selling SharePoint, Business Intelligence and Custom Development applications to both public and private sector clients.

The Business Development Manager will search for, explore, align and deliver lucrative sales solutions based around core competencies.

The Business Development Manager will work with a stable and dedicated sales and presales team, identifying new accounts to approach with core messaging and develop those Customers going into the future.

The Business Development Manager will work with existing accounts to ensure a positive customer experience and develop these account as long term clients.

Daily activities include:

To consistently achieve against a monthly target.
To successfully establish a Sales Pipelines that will deliver revenue against target
To rapidly identify and generate new business and to retain and develop existing Customers relationships
To Identify, generate and develop sales opportunities by gaining a thorough understanding of the clients short, medium and long term objectives
To become involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities

The successful Business Development Manager will have worked within an IT focused consultancy in the past and must have sold SharePoint, Business Intelligence, Dynamics or ERP solutions previously. Alternatively you will have sold high level Document Management, Software Applications, Oracle or Business Objects solutions. You can work from home, a regional office in Birmingham or client sites and will have the drive and ambition to succeed.

Previous experience of external solution sales is essential to apply for this role, but again the ideal would be to have experience of selling Business Intelligence, SharePoint, Software or Consultancy Sales. Selling MS CRM (Dynamics) or ERP.

Salary - 50k basic plus 5k car allowance - OTE 100K
