Due to continued growth we are currently recruiting fora Civil Enforcement Officers.

The role will require you to enforce legislation and the Councils policies in respect of parking controls by issuing of Penalty Charge Notices to vehicles in contravention of the regulations, as well as authorising vehicles for removal action in line with contract guidelines.

Ideal relevant skills:

Ability to communicate with customers, often in difficult and demanding circumstances.Ability to operate HHCs and complete Pocketbook Notes.Customer service skills.GCSE or Equivalent in English & Maths.Numeracy & Literacy skills.PC Literate.
