Title: Junior Data Analyst

Location: Birmingham

Salary: 20-25K + benefits


We are looking to recruit a junior data analyst for a highly regarded business in the Birmingham area. Location is City Centre based.


The Role:

You will be working in a small team reporting to the Business Intelligence/Data manager. You will be actively involved in SQL Development and the day to day management of database operations and subsequent reporting to satisfy business demands. You will also be expected to react to ad hoc report requests and deal with a wide range of end users up to and including director level.


The Person:

You will have existing Data Analysis experience based on SQL Server 2008. This should include the ability to develop SQL queries and ideally exposure to SQL Server Management Studio. Other skills that would assist your application include strong MS Excel knowledge. Knowledge of reporting or BI tools such as Crystal Reports would be also useful. You will have a confident manner and be happy working to tight deadlines.
