In-House Recruitment Resourcer

You will be an integral part of our recruitment team assisting in the resourcing of senior level IT technical staff and specialist sales personnel for all areas of our business.
Duties will include:
* Identifying and engaging with candidates both passive and active via a variety of research and attraction methodologies.
* Telephone sceeening /pre-qualification of prospective candidates.
* Supporting the recruitment team on specific recruitment projects .
* Analysis of CV's and shoprtlisting of candidates.
* Liaison with candidates to arrange interviews; give feedback and guide them through the recruitment process.
* Developing the use of social media as an efficient recruitment tool
* To be a valued team member and to make a significant contribution to the recruitment process.
* To build a database of industry specific candidates.
This is an extremely varied and fast paced role in a very demanding environment requiring a career focussed team player possessing the following attributes:
* Resourcing experience - ideally from an IT environment.
* High intellect - graduate or graduate calibre .
* Excellent communication skills- both verbal and writen , with the ability to build rappore rwith candidates quickly.
* Good organisational qualities with the ability to be flexible according to the dynamics of our business.
* A natural prediliction towards networking using both social and business media.
* A committed attitude and desire to be successful - positive 'can-do attitude'.
* Excellent IT literacy
* Ability to work under pressure; to deadlines in a demanding environment .
This role would suit a graduate or graduate calibre individual possessing some candidate resourcing experience looking for their next career move .
