As their Sales Manager you will be:

Working closely with the General Manager and the Sales and Marketing Director as the Sales Manager It is expected that in time this Sales Manager person will deputise for the General Manager in his absence. The key focus is for this Sales Manager person is to build, lead and deliver the budgeted profit.

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager include:
