Administrator wanted for rewarding opportunity with one of the UK's leading law firms in debt recovery at their office based in Leeds. Salary 13k.
Acting for both commercial and consumer organisations throughout the UK, my client was recently ranked number one debt recovery provider in Yorkshire by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK Guide.
Daily duties will include dealing with post, managing diaries, running and managing daily payment notification reports, answering the payment line, assisting the fee earners on client accounts, inputting manual debts, liaising with clients over the telephone and assisting the team with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents and filing.
Previous experience is required within a similar administrative position to be considered for this role. You will have a good standard of education possessing a Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
You should have the ability to work well within a team, use initiative, communicate effectively, and prioritise workload whilst maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
