Administrator, Worsley

In this busy role youll assist the Plant & Logistics Services Manager in the day-to-day running of the Depot and provide a comprehensive administration service for the team. Youll support the effective delivery of stock, plant and materials to operational contracts.
About the job

In this role your duties will include:
Co-ordinating the delivery of stock and materials and implementing stock control procedures
Inputting and maintaining information management systems to inform records and reporting of material transactions
Liaising with internal and external customers to respond to request and queries for the provision of materials
Liaising with suppliers using negotiated rates to source materials and place orders
Responding to request for materials, following up and confirming receipt of orders
Cross referencing and challenging discrepancies on management information systems
Faxing, taking telephone calls and emailing orders to suppliers

What youll need

To apply for this role you must have:
Proficient user of Microsoft Office at intermediate level
Experience of a variety of management information systems i.e. SAP/Oracle/Sage
Ability to manipulate, produce accurate and timely reports
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and clients
Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace
