As an Assistant Manager at GO Outdoors youll drive customer service and merchandising standards, as well as maintaining product availability on the sales floor. With previous retail management experience either as part of the management team in a large format store or Store Manager in a smaller unit, youll be a demanding, proactive multi-tasker with great organisational skills and real customer focus.

As a member of the management team, youll also have key-holder and Duty Manager responsibilities, when you'll be required to run all aspects of the store operation.
