This exciting role is an autonomous one and we are looking for an inspiring individual who is self motivated and driven to succeed.....while having fun at the same time! You will work with closely with the two company directors and our team of training experts to assist with the continued growth.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for maximising new business revenue. You will do this by identifying and contacting potential clients, following up on leads, capitalising on the powers of social media, implementing sales strategies and attending networking events. In addition you will be required to maintain our existing client relationships and further promote the companys portfolio of services.

You will have the full support of the directors however we are not looking for someone who needs to be micro managed. We are looking for entrepreneurial spirit, massive amounts of passion and natural leadership qualities. Ideally we only want to consider people who have worked within a sales environment, who have previously worked to targets and gained new business while looking after existing relationships.

We are a small but extremely successful business and our clients include Admiral Insurance, Everything Everywhere, John Lewis and GE Aviation . There will be a huge opportunity to grow with the company and progress further. We want people who are committed to sharing our vision...which we know is an exciting one! In addition, the commission structure is extremely realistic and there is opportunity to earn beyond this figure quite quickly.
