Sales experience and skills:

What the job entails:

Calling prospective mortgage clients from warm leads and hot keys.Assessing clients mortgage case files in order to establish if their mortgages were mis-sold.Generating mis-sold mortgage leads and following them up with a call.Carrying out the necessary paper work regarding the mis-sold mortgage claim.Making outbound Sales calls through a dialler and working with warm leads.Answering queries regarding the service provided.
