Due to this rapid growth we are recruiting a number of people to join our expanding team in Bromley.
One of these positions is that of Team Leader within our Customer Service/Contact Centre. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a 9 agent team.
The candidate will have a minimum of 2 years team leadership experience from a strongcustomer service/call centre background.
