The role
You will need to be able to produce well-balanced and nutritionally sound diets and have experience of producing good quality home cooking. You should have a relevant qualification or experience in food preparation and catering & hospitality at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
What youll need
High standards of hygiene and knowledge of food hygiene regulations and Health & Safety requirements in a catering environment are essential, together with the ability to relate to colleagues and the people in our care.
This position is full time and will entail working some weekends.
