Working within a small team you will be required to establish good working relationships with your clients, through daily liaison with customers, to ensure effective delivery of their goods.This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring previous customer service experience and the ability to multi task.
The role of the Customer Service Advisor will include:
Accurately entering and processing orders onto the system
Dealing with online and telephone orders
Processing the orders from the database system,
Daily liaison with clients to ensure that good are delivered and shipped on time and to order requirements.
In order to be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Previous customer service skills experience within logistics or transport an advantage
MS Word and Excel, you will be required to use calculations, formulas whilst being able to run reports
Enthusiastic, proactive, excellent attention to detail and a positive can do attitude
Hours 9-5.30pm Monday Friday(some flexibility required for overtime during busy periods.)
