Financial Services company based in Birmingham City Centre are seekingtwo new team memberson a 6Month Contract.(May be extended)

Please note you will already have at least 6 Months Financial Services experience and must pass a credit check.

Brief Duties

Processing all Banking & Customer service work in a busy but professional working environmemt

Exceptional Customer Service skills via telephone & letter

Carrying out all activities in-line with the FSA

Working within a team environment while reporting directly to your Line Manager

Excellent working environment
