ITC UK is a well-established Didsbury based online marketing solutions company. Due to excellent growth in our businesswe are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to join our award winning and fast paced 24/7 customer services department.

Working as part of a team the successful candidates will be quick thinking, professional and will be determined to deliver an outstanding service to our customers. They will also have good communication and problem solving skill as well as an attention to detail. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

Main Duties & Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately handle incoming support requests via Phone, Live Chat and Email
- Playing an active role in customer retention, offering rewards and incentives to customers
- Implement our anti-fraud controls and verifying customers using state of the art systems

The shift pattern hours are 4 days on 4 days off with excellent holidays, benefits and bonus schemes.
