Requirements / Abilities for the ERP / SAP Systems Analyst include:
- Must have a deeply inquisitive nature with a strong technical background in diverse IT settings
- Must understand basic Internet and client / server architectures
- Familiarity with current design patterns and practices (Agile, SOA, etc.)
- Ability to analyse business and system processes to support solution development
- Understanding of CRM, ERP, PLM, and Web systems
- Understanding and ability to manage through an enterprise wide project/solution impacts, issues, and risks
- Ability to manage across company teams to ensure collaboration in support of high quality solutions

Required skills / qualifications for the ERP / SAP Systems Analyst include:
- ERP experience, preferably with SAP FICO, SD, MM, or PP
- User Acceptance Testing experience
- technical training experience
- years technical writing experience
- business process and system design experience
- database system experience, highly desired
- Experience with software used to develop process flow and use cases
- Working familiarity with software quality assurance processes
