Would you like the opportunity to be part of an exciting new service? We have a number of full time and part time positions located in Swale, Thanet, Canterbury, Dover, Ashford and Shepway.

You will work as part of a multi-agency team in the local community, taking the lead professional role to support families and individuals within those families who may have multiple and complex needs. You must have a full driving licence and access to a car to use for work. Some occasional weekend and out of hours working may be required.

With the ability to manage your own workload effectively, you will be confident working alone in the community, contributing to fortnightly team meetings and seeking learning and development opportunities to enhance your expertise within this role.

You will have an excellent customer service focus, an understanding of professional boundaries, safeguarding children and adults, risk assessment and confidentiality procedures.

You will have excellent communication and IT skills, and be able to work successfully with colleagues from other agencies, building effective working relationships in order to support your clients.
