We are now seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Manager in the area to manage, a team of top performing Field Sales Representatives on one of our successful sales campaigns.
Compensation plans are highly competitive and motivational for company sales leaders. Field Sales Managers can earn 40,000 per annum which is uncapped and their main responsibilities are:
To lead, manage, and motivate a team of 6 Field Sales Representatives
To plan and devise sales strategy for the territory
To drive and motivate individuals and team targets
To train and coach new staff
The successful candidate will have
Sales management experience
A track record of meeting and exceeding objectives
Good planning and organisational skills
Full driving licence and vehicle
