General Admin

A school administrator is needed for immediate start for a 4 week position within a sixth form centre in Bristol.
Experience working within schools would be an advantage along with knowledge of the SIMS/CMIS system.
The candidate will be responsible for working on a reception and completing general admin duties.
SIMS/CMIS experience Experience working on reception Receive visitors - contacting appropriate member of staff. Assist with distribution of post. Administration duties such as word processing, dealing with correspondence and assisting colleagues with administration needs Data inputting Provide backup for switchboard and reception: Answer telephone calls, ensuring messages are promptly past on either verbally, in writing, voice mail or via email. To maintain/update pupil attendance data on sims.net, generating reports/letters and liaising with parents/caseworkers when necessary Overseas applicants MUST have UK experience and working visa. Overseas applicants will also need an overseas police check before applying if they have lived outside the UK for more then 3 months since the age of 18.
