The successful applicant will

Work to targets

Sell to both Candidates and Clients

Advertise roles

Handle advert response

Assess and shortlist applicants

Interview applicants

Arrange credit checks for candidates

Re-format and assess CVs

Ensure all applications are handled as per specific client request

Ensure all compliance is dealt with fully and accurately

Arrange interviews

De-brief interviews

Arrange joining instructions for candidates

All related client paperwork and legalities

Exceeding client expectations

Essential Experience Required

Degree level educated

Possess a sales background in business to business.

Proven minimum of 12 months experience sales
