If you are an experienced HR administrator with knowledge of managing HR databases in a fast paced and customer focused environment this six month contract as HR Advisor as part of the HR team at Aldermore Bank is for you!

Were a growing operation and as part of a busy HR team you will support the delivery of a pro-active, high quality HR administrative and advice service across a number of regional offices.You will particularly focus on providing general employee relations support, the onboarding of new starters and the administration surrounding performance management, leavers, sickness and absence recording. Important will be your ability to support line managers across the full range of HR issues, maintain records accurately and deliver an HR service in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.

With the confidence and experience to provide practical advice on people matters you will have a background in HR administration and knowledge of managing HR databases. Team orientated you are flexible, enthusiastic and committed to delivering service excellence.Highly organised you will be skilled at prioritising and keen to develop your HR expertise further.
