You will be working in partnership with the management team and responsible for multi sites. Being able to influence at all levels you will drive business improvement and challenge the norm to achieve effective results.
Having experience of dealing with all HR issues in a retail or customer service setting you will be accountable for Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Disciplinaries & Grievances and Employee Engagement.
Working in a fast paced environment you will use your commercial awareness and experience to identify areas where HR can improve the Business.
