FJR Human Resources is pleased to be supporting a well regarded, ambitious and high growth company, in their search for a commercially focused Learning & Development Manager.
Supporting the Group HR Director and Head of HR, you willspearhead the design, development and delivery of Learning & Development initiatives across a national workforce.

This is a busy end-to-end role where you will be responsible for TNA, design, delivery and measuring the ROI of all learning and capability management initiatives.

Predominantly based from the head offices in Leeds, this role will support a national employee base and you should expect to spend approximately 25 of the role, travelling between UK wide sites.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to understand the commercial needs of the business, build credible relationships with key stakeholders and understand the workings of a fast paced, multi-site business.

Key Accountabilities include, learning design and delivery, leadership and management experience within a complex multi-site environment, demonstrable understanding of leadership and management development techniques and methodologies, as well as experience in managing the delivery of programmes for all levels of employees.
